I placed an order with UC prints for shirts and hats. I have to say they have the best price around and the easiest design software to use. I did everything from my mobile phone. Brian Choi also reached out to me the next day with some questions about my design. He helped me improve it and was very responsive, He got Everything sorted out for me with in 30 minutes through email. I Definitely recommend UC prints!! THANKYOU BRIAN CHOI!!!

I am long overdue for this review - I don't know how I missed this. I had some blankets made with United Custom Prints back in late 2019 for my Jan 2020 wedding and worked with Steve. He was accommodating, kind, and incredibly responsive. I can't thank him enough for his expertise and knowledge (including materials, embroidery limitations and risks, colors, etc), resulting in the perfect wedding gift for our guests. To this day, our guests still rave about the quality of the blankets and the embroidery.

I have worked with United Custom Prints for over a year now, through the company I currently work at. They have been so unbelievably helpful and awesome every single time I have ordered from them. Spoke with Brian via email last week about getting two tees printed. He quoted me $15 for two tees. Monday I went in to drop the tees off. Shortly after I receive an invoice for $32. Apparently Brian misquoted me. He meant each tee would be $15. Which I fine to be ridiculously over priced. After going back and forth with him he honored the $15 he had originally quoted me. Today I picked up the tees. They came out very nice.

An excellent operation. Key is the quality of the finished product and the ease to work with United Custom Prints. Staff are all excellent and Brian knows his stuff. Had some hats custom made and they came out as expected, perfect! Will use them again. Quoted a price and all fair. There were no hidden charges. Walked away extremely satisfied!

UCP is my second prints shop I have been to and quite frankly, I am very pleased with the customer service they provided. The emails were responded back asap and they knew what I wanteed exactly for my orders. The price is just right and Steve and Alton were very helpful and patient. Location is quite far and secluded however, despite that everything else was great!

My niece's birthday was coming up and she decided she wanted all her guests to wear white or gold. Panic set in for the family (because we did not want to wear white!). After going back and forth, we decided to create a custom-designed shirt to wear at her party. After checking reviews on Yelp, I found that UC Prints had great reviews and was close to work. My experiences with UC Prints from the first contact to the pick-up were awesome! The prices were reasonable, especially when we had to get some big and tall sizes, too.

I was looking for a place to add numbers and a name on a hockey jersey and found United Custom Prints. It was a rush job for a Christmas present and I couldn't have been happier with the service that I received. George was so helpful and even rushed the job so I can have it in time for Christmas! He emailed me a mock up of what it will look like right away. Really, fantastic service and quality work!! Such amazing customer service and quality! Brian was so nice and easy to work with. Needed a big, last minute order of shirts for my cousins funeral. They were able to accommodate the order and the turnaround time was so quick! On top of that, they had the best prices! The shirts we chose were great quality, too. Very happy with my experience and would definitely use them again for custom shirts.

Steve and his team got a 1 of 1 custom jersey done for me the same week after helping me create mockups via email. If the product you want isn't on their website - definitely reach out and ask if it can be ordered!
Item was exactly how I wanted it, colors and everything were very bright.
Located in a very easily accessible office-building style plaza with plenty of parking. The Suite number is 316 I believe!
Just look for the clothes hanging through the window :)

Wow! Steve really went above and beyond to help me out. I came to town to sponsor a conference and forgot to get custom shirts with my logo for the event. And it's tomorrow!
I called all over town and everyone else told me it was "impossible" to get something done that quickly.
