Finally made time for a review, must say that Shauna is amazing and very informative! She helped me out with a new policy for home builders, and I went ahead and got vehicles covered by them too! With the savings from discounts, and the much lower pricing I am so happy to be saving by going with State Farm! Y'all ask for her! You will love her!!

Definitely recommend getting insurance here. Staff there are wonderful. I wouldn't even call them staff. They're more like familys that want to know about you and make you feel comfortable and trusted. Don't be scared to ask questions if you don't understand anything. They are happy to help you. Micheal & Dennis helped me what insurance policy I should get for my first business start up and they told me everything I needed to know and what to do. They are very caring and they go above and beyond compare with other State Farm companies in Clarksville.

I spoke with a young lady named Shauna, she was extremely helpful, happy, and patient with me! Shauna was very knowledgeable about State Farm & insurance as a whole. She never once made me feel as if she was forcing her company on me. She had a smile that you could hear in her voice, you could tell she loved her job! I didn’t go with Stste Farm due to higher rates than my current insurance, she never once tried to pressure me or make me feel bad. Lately I've had issues with them starting this new year. I'm not honestly sure if it is because Clarksville is growing or new staff but if it doesn't change, I will look for a new car insurance company. My car insurance has been getting messed up a few times. And I'm not going to have that. I'm giving them one last shot to make it right. I've referred them so many clients in the last few years, but will no longer do it since they been going down hill.

We could not be more disappointed with this insurance agency. I have been a State Farm customer since I was 18 years old (17 years). We are military and PCSed out of state. I contact Michael Freemyere's office and notified them of this. The representative handling my account assured me I could keep both cars and my house in Clarksville with their agency. A month later they sent me three (3) letters stating that they cancelled all of my policies a month ago but never called, merely sent snail mail to my new residence. Also, while deployed with the 101 they cancelled my policy that I deliberately
