I ordered three sizes of Giclee prints. They were beautifully done. Crisp colors, clean paper, and quickly delivered. (Ready in two days.) They even gave me an extra of a 12x16 print for a reason I can't be sure of. Perhaps it's because there is a tiny imperfection on the bottom left hand of the print. A speck, I guess. You probably wouldn't have ever noticed it. But I did. If that's why, I greatly appreciate it. Well done all around.

I have ordered prints twice. Both designed by myself. But wow. The quality and turn around time is insane. Like. I literally got my prints in 1-3 days both time, and this last time was 1 day! Not only is the quality amazing - the staff is so friendly. I love going in to pick up my prints. I try to recommend all my clients and friends to come here for their needs. ALSO! I'n case you didn't know, they have a TON of products that they can actually print for you.
Even if I moved out of SD I would still go through Ego ID Media.

I've been searching for a printing company to handle my artwork for months. Im not familiar with the printing aspect. Im learning as I go. With that, ive been taken advantage of by being quoted astronomical amounts for service I inquired. I was so frustrated with San Diego. I considered Los Angeles until Ego id.

I had such a great experience doing my print jobs here! I ordered digital files of some artwork and needed to get it printed using giclee for fine art printing. I realized not many big printer places (CVS, FedEx, etc) has this type of service for the exact size I need (11x14 in) and found EgoID when I searched at local shops around me instead. Their website has a lot of information and could get overwhelming, so I called a couple of times and Jim was great at answering my questions and giving me tips to navigate their website and how to order.

I took in a charcoal drawing of mine to be digitally scanned. The original drawing had a smudge on one of the margins, one I was planning to later crop out. The day I went to pick up my drawing and the scan, to my surprise, when Jim showed me the proof, the smudge was gone! Jim went out of his way to digitally remove it. It was very kind of him to do so. He also helped me convert a tif file of the scan to jpeg, and he did it all free of charge. I am very grateful for the excellent service Jim has given me, and for the great job he did preparing some prints of my pencils drawings.

Printing for me is very stressful - I am usually doing it last minute, and I don't know the lingo, so I can easily get orders wrong. I always called stressed out, and they always make me feel better and less anxious. They are always calm and never make me feel like I am overwhelming them with last minute, giant orders. And the printing looks great!

I was really happy when I found out there was a place that does Printing and has internet access close to where I live. But I was ecstatic when I found out that they also do business cards , flyers etv.. They do a really good job, the business cards that they're printing for me are probably the best I've ever seen in my life and I'm not just saying that because they're mine. Alex Lou and Jim are really great people. I definitely give this business five stars.

Really disappointed. Brought my photography entry for the San Diego County Fair here because I wanted to support small business. Received my prints and they came out too dark. When I brought their attention to it, they gave me the excuse that some printers will print different from the digital file. That I understand as I've been doing digital for years, but this was my first time using this place. When I asked for a possible exchange or discount to reprint, I was told I'd be charged in full! Seriously disappointed in the lack of customer service. I understand you're a small business

As a small business owner I make it a point to shop at other small businesses and I've been working with Jim and Alex at EgoID for years now. Any printing needs I have, they can do it all! I have only been disappointed once and they fixed the problem for free...can't beat that!

I've come here a handful of times for art prints, and they are my printers as long as I'm in San Diego. Every time I've been in so far, the quality of the prints is impeccable and the service is friendly and helpful. The pricing is exactly what you'd expect for the level of work.
