Simply terrible. I originally ended up at this place because of a Groupon deal on a carwash. I learned they can do carwashes and oil changes just fine, but they are simply terrible for anything more complex. I made the mistake of taking what I saw for the carwash to have them repair a window switch of mine. They failed miserably at that job. Not only could they not repair the window switch, but numerous items from my car were swiped. While I can't say they did the theft, I can say that either they did the theft or they left my car outside in a place where others could do the theft. The window

I agree with the previous reviews that state that they do not honor Groupons. The gentleman that I spoke with was very unprofessional. Before I left he attempted to apologize stating that he was under a lot of stress. Perhaps from all the negative reviews?? Little did he know that I had been once before and was treated exactly the same. I tried this place again since they did a good job on my detail but they second time was mediocre and they had raised their prices. Sadly I will not return.

Terrible experience. They do not honor the Groupons they sell. They are an absolute scam with low class people working there. Just read the other reviews. The entire place is a disgusting mess of an establishment. Trash & old parts everywhere, customer cars left open outside in the elements with lots of trees to drop crap in them. Forget about bringing a clean car there as there "parking lot" is an overfilled mud pit. Don't be fooled by the stock photo on Groupon of someone working in a legitimate automotive shop. This place is far from legitimate. Avoid them like Covid.

I had made an appointment with this place because their Groupon says they would shampoo the front, back, and trunk. I needed my trunk to be cleaned because clumsy me spoiled 5 gallons of water into it, and it was starting to stink. They said they'd honor the groupon, and they did honor the price. Did an amazing job cleaning the inside. It looked brand new. However, they didn't clean my trunk. I told them the groupon said they included the trunk, but they refused to honor the service stated in it. Amazing job on the inside.... very annoyed they didn't clean the trunk.

I came here for detailing in my car, i asked for a deep clean of the floor and the seats and a deep of the outside, i paid 120 and waited five hours when they really told me I'd only have to wait 2 and a half hours. They were upfront about pricing and worked with me to get my car in and out. He took the time to explain what my Groupon took care of and explained his additional recommendations which I appreciated. I overall had a pleasant experience. I would recommend calling before showing up they can get pretty busy very quickly. Also, make sure you thoroughly review any Groupons and ask questions before you purchase. I feel like a lot of the negative reviews about getting charged extra stems from not really understanding what you purchased. Thanks!

I went in with my car not turning on, BUT my radio and lights came on, my car just wouldn't turn over. I got it towed and told them the lights and radio came on and they assured me left and right that it was my battery. They replaced the battery and I took the car home for it to not start again. I had to get it towed back to the shop and the problem was resolved BUT I now have my airbag light on and 3/4 of my tires needed air severely. This place sucks. I bought this shop's state inspection voucher on Groupon for only $10 on sale. But they failed my 2013 Nissan with reason "because of my poor break pad". I left and came to another shop near my house. The inspector guy there checked and told me that my breaks are low but it's not that bad that made the test fail. He even did not know why those guy at Am Lube Auto Care had done that (when they were not supposed to fail my car). Man, I WILL NEVER EVER COME BACK THERE! maybe they tried to make $ out of me since I bought too cheap voucher :)

Had coupon to get my inspection done at this location. The first time I called was Monday 9/21 around 3 pm (they close at 6), and they told me that they couldn't do it today. I asked if they could do it after 4 tomorrow and they said yes. I went the next day, got off work early and drove there to get it done. I arrived right at 4 and the guy at the desk told me their system was down and that the person that does inspections was not in. This place is good for an OIL CHANGE but for anything else RUN! William seems like a nice genuine person but he's not at all, TRUST ME! Please take my advice and RUN!!!! You work hard for your money and deserve a trust worthy mechanic. Ohh and please don't sign up for a snap account. If you don't have money to fix your vehicle he would recommend snap finance. I would suggest to wait until you do have the money and go to another mechanic. Snap will charge you 100% interest! I don't want anyone to go through what I went through!!

All I can say is WOW! I went here for a simple oil change and William, working the front, was so incredibly kind. He went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed, gave me advice for the future, and honored Groupon pricing without me purchasing through Groupon. I witnessed him go out of his way to help another customer get the services she needed today and for a cheaper price. I can't tell y'all enough how wonderful my experience was. He gave me some good conversation, good laughs, and gave us a discount for the next service. The prices were fair, too.

The guy who just did my oil change wore the same orange gloves that he used to work on the car prior from mine, leaving black dirt stains all over my brand new beige seats, my doors on the inside were covers in black, and not to mention he took everything out of my glove compartment and left it in my passenger side seat. Then went through my middle counsel and also took stuff out.

I purchased a Groupon for a car state inspection nearly two months ago. I called every few days within this timeframe for an appointment and they notified me their machines were down.
