Hi! My name is Elise Fox and I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2014. I'm a Colorado native, outdoor enthusiast, coffee connoisseur, and lover of all things dog. I've always had a heart for helping others feel better, along with a complete fascination of the human body and how it works, so becoming a massage therapist only felt right for me.
A combination of Neuromuscular Therapy, myofascial release, and intuitive, deep tissue techniques are used to give you the most benefit for your specific issues. These techniques have the ability to reduce muscle tension and chronic pain, as well as loosen adhesions in your tissues due to injury and over use.
We will discuss your goals for the session and come up with a treatment plan. I will then leave the room so you may disrobe and get onto the massage table. All that's left to do is relax and enjoy your massage! Music is streamed on Spotify so please share with me any genres or playlists you'd like to hear during your massage and I'll have it ready.

I've had chronic neck and shoulder pain for almost 6 years. Massage therapy with Elise has given me more relief than traditional medicine, chiropractic and acupuncture. Elise has a calming auora and is extremely attentive with each of her patients. Personally from my experience, I have been dealing with some major back issues due to multiple bulging discs and disc generation. Elise does a great job relieving areas that are extremely tight that even I am unable to release on my own. Thanks to her, I have felt relief in areas that I have not felt in years. She is very caring as well, and it's noticeable in the work she puts in. She's one of the best massage therapist I have ever met, I promise you won't be disappointed with her work.

No matter what is bothering me or how many complaints I have for her she always checks them off one by one.
She’s a very talented and skilled LMT. Being a Massage Therapist myself it is very hard to find someone that just knows what they’re doing. She’s a natural, she’s confident in her work and she has one of the biggest hearts I’ve ever known. I’m so grateful we found each other. 🙂
