Making sure all aspects of the repair or alteration are accounted for and the work is done correctly the first time our staff collaborates with the repair/mod center, the owner, or the operator of the aircraft to develop an optimized installation that includes consideration of the specific aircraft condition and requirements, schedule, shop capabilities and cost.
Aero Flite Aerospace Group provides structural design certification and generation for your custom aircraft interior, . We work closely with you making sure every aspect of your design is captured as intended and will meet all pertinent regulatory requirements. Designs are documented using Computer Aided Design (CAD) software (2D or 3D), formal stress analysis reports, and engineering orders.
We offer development, structural certification, and support efforts for Type Certificates (TC's) and Supplemental Type Certificates (STC's). We amend the designs to meet the applicable regulations, complete and submit the application to the FAA, manage the certification program and provide ongoing support of any changes to our customer's products.
