I had a great experience working with Ms. Baker. She was attentive, answered all of my questions and advised me on my options. She quickly responded via email or phone. Called them once to figure out conflicting information received from their office (which I had already paid for)..... someone kept me on the phone asking about unrelated things (they wanted to be my real estate agent)... they used that time to charge me for the call.... well played by them .... don’t trust this office.
Sent a bit extra aggressive memos to ex wife’s attorney... I think just to keep the arguments alive and drive up the billable hours. I suspect billable hours at all costs is the true motivation with this firm.... I saw zero evidence that they are about people.

She does not care about her clients. I retained her and put money in the trust. I retained her for about six months. Her staff called me after a couple months asking me why I haven't signed into mycase. Well I never received the email due to the fact they misspelled my last name on all the important documents and in my email (which is also my name). Once I pointed out there several mistakes. They went on to inform me they no longer want to help me because I was taking too long to file a complaint/divorce. She is fast and expects tge customer to know all legal terms. So I am going to give as much of a detail review and the experiences i have experienced. I retained Mrs Baker for a issue with a very insane and intense child custody case. My ex left my son and me for a another guy and her and her family constantly called Social Services and law enforcement on me none stop with "Child Abuse" accusations. I was cleared of every single accusation by Social Services and Law Enforcement but the calls kept on being made by my ex wife and her family. Then my ex wife retained a lawyer to pursue custody due to me turning her in for the 2nd time for not paying child support

I hired her awhile back to help with getting custody of my daughter and to finalize my divorce. If I wouldn't have done all of the research myself and handed it to her I probably wouldn't have gotten primary custody. Even though my ex was a horrible father, got kicked out of the military, was at the time anow alcoholic, had a history of substance abuse, and was very abusive. It was an easy case and it got postponed a couple times because she wasn't prepared.
