Bankruptcy is a process provided by United States federal law which entitles you to a fresh start. Workers' compensation refers to a system of laws outlining specific benefits to which injured employees are entitled, and the procedures for obtaining such benefits. Implied by law, a covenant of good faith and fair dealing.
Chapter 7 bankruptcy is a process provided by United States federal law which entitles you to a fresh start. Some examples of unsecured debts include credit cards; most personal loans; medical bills; judgments resulting from car accidents; and repossessed vehicle deficiencies. In addition to getting rid of your debt, you can typically keep most, if not all, of your property.
Although there are various types of personal injury cases, the most common types are motor vehicle accidents and slip and fall injuries. It is important to keep in mind a legal rule known as the statute of limitations, which requires any lawsuit that arises from an accident or injury to be filed within a certain time period or the injured person's legal claim will be barred and his or her right to sue will be lost.
The term "probate" refers to a "proving" of the existence of a valid Will, or the determinating and "proving" of who the decedent's heir are if there is no Will. The probate process is used to determine who gets the decedent's property. The main function of probate is to transfer title of the decedent's property to his heirs and/or beneficiaries.

Michael Hemming has been our Family Attorney for over 30 years. When I say family, I mean parents, sibling, cousins, in laws, etc... In a time in need, Mr. Hemming is that Guardian Angel that you call upon to be your advocate. Saving my brothers house in a bankruptcy, getting my niece 100,000 for a car accident that she subsequently used to become a RN, or even my own kids that were involved in a minor traffic collision in which my kids now have money, that has accumulated with intrest, to cover their future college expenses.
