I'd give Tara Athey 100 stars if I could! I cannot say enough good about Tara Athey! She is knowledgeable about the area and the process of buying/selling. She is so friendly and professional! When we were looking for an agent to list our home with I shopped around a little. What impressed me was how confident Carmen was about the services they had to offer and what set them apart from other listing agents in the area. Carmen was amazing to work with. When we listed our house, she was very patient to explain everything that we needed to do in order to sell our house faster. We sold it to the first person who looked at it!! Then the hunt was on to find us a house. Carmen must have shown us 30 houses! She was so very patient. She took everything into consideration that we wanted in a house. She helped us negotiate the details of the contract. If we ever go through this process again, Carmen will be our first choice!!
