The agent I worked with was effective but it ends there. Despite knowing I went through a very uncomfortable divorce that left me broken, the same agent later sold my ex a home on the same street. The lack of sensitivity, poor insight, & absence of judgement will stay with me forever. I will likely sell my current home to escape him and I won't be using Galloway. Sure she was effective, but the later action really bolster my gut feeling that the "effectiveness" is a guise for simply "say/do anything" to make the sale.
