In his spare time, Kevin also enjoys reading, bicycling, skiing and target shooting. Born in Kentucky, David grew up in Statesville, North Carolina and now lives in Arden with his wife, Megan and their two kids, Miles and Natalia.

Remember that it will take time to adjust to the feel of your new bite.
