I called this office to see if they could spay/neuter feral cats. I was told yes, by walk in only. I Arrived at the clinic right at opening as to give the veterinarian ample time. After 2 hours of waiting in this poorly run office, they called me back. The very rude and sarcastic vet came in and told me that they were too busy and he could just do the male. I then told him I called and was told I couldn't make an appointment that it's walk in only. I asked him if he realized how difficult it was just to capture the 2 cats I brought. He walked out. Receptionist came back in with her paperwork to

I have a poodle named petunia and she needed surgery to remove a tumor that grew. And honestly thanks to this veterinary they saved her life. And we’ve continued to go here from her recover to prevention of that happening as well as her dental work! They treat my petunia like a super star when she arrives there each time with great service and care! Thank you fontana animal hospital crew ♥️🙏🏻

I can not express how dysfunctional this practice is. The vet is slow and abrupt. There is no bedside manner whatsoever. The assistants are nice but there is no order. The front desk staff doesn’t exist. They turn off their phones so they can not be reached. Equipment is not sanitized prior to treating each animal. I had to specifically ask the doctor to wipe the table down before I placed young puppies on it. There was hair and residue from the last animal on the table. I waited for an hour for medical records and was given the incorrect ones. This is after I called and got a busy signal for

Fontana Animal Hospital always takes really good care of our fur babies. Our 6 yr old American Bulldog needed surgery to remove a tumor. Surgery was completed quickly and without complications. Azul is home and doing great! The staff at Fontana Animal Hospital really care about their animal clients and their families.

Very reliable! I’ve been coming to them for the past 3 years. They always treat my pets with so much care and respect. They save my little bulldog, he got an infection after he got neutered. They took good care of him and saved his life! Never going to any other vet. Staff show so much love and respect to all the pets they take care of. Love this place!
