Filed my 2020 taxes and got some other work completed here. Sheetal helped me but I was a little disappointed with the service and lack of professionalism. Maybe this had to do with COVID-19 pandemic causing stress, I do not know but it definitely irked me. I paid multiple times for her expertise and was left feeling hard done by. As others have mentioned I too paid over 1000 for my taxes to be filed and was not notified that I would not be receiving a refund. I was told to look at the document. It was literally 40+ pages long. When I asked about updates to my taxes document being affected by updates

Recently Digital Consultants was faced with a short fuse Certificate of Competency appeal by the Small Business Administration for a high priority contract proposal.
