We are open for urgent care from 8-5 Monday-Friday (closed for meal break from 12-1) and appointments. To ensure we have all of the necessary information to complete school physicals, they will only be done by appointment to give us time to review the student's medical history prior to the visit. We will ask that you bring or send us all of your required documented proof of immunizations at least 2 days prior to your appointment.

Services
Mariellen, known to her patients as Ellen, is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from Frontier Nursing University in 2013 with her Master of Science in Nursing degree and is board-certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She started her practice in a Primary Care setting and later transitioned to providing care to clients in Post-Acute Care/ Skilled facilities, collaborating to decrease hospital re-admission.
Dr. Blackwood has been a licensed doctor of chiropractic in the state on Illinois since 2008. Dr. Blackwood earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Kinesiology from West Chester University in Pennsylvania. After graduated, Dr. Blackwood attended Palmer College of Chiropractic where he received a scholarship to play rugby and was given awards for his work as a Clinical Teaching Assistant and for Academic Radiology Excellence.

Dr. A is by far the best chiropractor that I have ever seen! I have chronic back issues and he does a great job at addressing the issues, helps with PT and exercises as well. He always does a great job at listening to any issues that I have and spends a lot of time to help me feel better. Highly recommend him for anyone needs chiropractic care.

My wife went to this place as we have been patients for quite some time. My wife received terrible care in regards to her diagnosis and was sent to the ER the next day. The physician who saw her didn't listen to her concerns, was extremely rude and misdiagnosed her symptoms. She wasn't given an explanation during her visit and was told she was fine and dehydrated. Turned out thr acting Doctor was wrong! Because of this, we had to pay 500.00 as opposed to 20.00 co-pay. Are you kidding me?!?! Does this sound fair to anyone? Of course Milan Medical has all kinds of excuses as to why they made this

HIGHLY RECCOMEND the chiropractors here, they are both truly amazing! I am 62 and had been suffering with weak hip flexors and pain in my groin. I went to Dr. Asefi and he adjusted me and then did physical therapy on me immediately afterwards. I truly cannot believe it, I had relief. I feel so good, and I am able to walk and ride my bike again, pain free! I do continue to go get regular adjustments and therapy to keep my hips flexible. "Dr. A" has given me my life back and I am forever thankful!

Dr. Ellen has been by far the best doctor I have ever had. She very nice, super informative, and on top of whatever care I have needed. Always get me in quick, and have always been treated wonderfully by all staff. I also appreciate the care they provide for my grandma, you guys have made a huge difference in her life and she's healthy and doing well.

For the past couple months I had been a patient here, but will definately be finding a new doctor! I have nothing negative to say about the doctor as she was very professional and listened to my concerns. However, one of the staff members (won't mention her name) i spoke with last week was very rude and unpleasant. All she wanted to do was argue with me and clearly had no idea what she was talking about. Constantly kept talking over me, and basically called me a liar. All I wanted was a simple refill on a prescription I've taken now for 3 years. She absolutely refused to and now thanks to her,

I'm uninsured. Milan Medical Group is by far the most affordable option for me to schedule to see a Dr. I live in Davenport but make the drive, which in my opinion is well worth it.
I've been there for two scheduled visits. Both times I was checked in quickly, seen by a nurse within minutes, and then seen by the Dr. shortly after. Both visits I've been in and out in about an hour. The staff is friendly and the facility is clean.
