I was Visiting DC from New Jersey and unfortunately, out of nowhere my car wouldn't turn on. I was concerned that my transmission was the issue.
With in 10 min Andre knew it wasn't the transmission, Thank God! It was my alternator, he went to the store picked up the part and installed it all in the same day without me having to change my plans.

I was very happy with my experience. He came out within 24 hrs to diagnose my vehicle and fixed it the following day. It was 300° outside and he never even complained. Service was expedient and price was very reasonable. I'll call him again and send friends his way.

I booked an appointment on their online site, I received a call 30 minutes before my appointment advising they can't make It smh. This is so disappointing since I had plans this evening after the service and it's the weekend so auto shops are now closed and I will not be able to get serviced until Monday!
