Bilby is a miracle worker!
I came to him with ankle pain I had been suffering for several weeks. I had already seen a podiatrist who told me she couldn't diagnose the problem without a $1000 MRI, but added that I would probably need an expensive orthotic walking boot or even more expensive physical therapy for several months. While I was weighing these options, a friend recommended a visit to Bilby for a second opinion.
When I saw him, I explained the story and the podiatrist's recommendations and he said very quickly that it was all unnecessary because I very clearly had tendonitis
