We took our cat here because of bladder related issues. We dropped him off and they kept him over night, and they didn't call to tell us what was going on or when we should go to pick him up the next day. They were unorganized trying to get him back to us when we finally went to get him, and a week later we took him in again to check for improvement. His infection was better, but they wanted to give him a second antibiotic shot to be safe. We were here to watch them give the shot this time, and they held him by the scruff and shook him while they gave him the shot. The way they were handling him
