My office is conveniently located in downtown Danvers. I devote my practice to the areas of Domestic Relations matters, including divorce, child custody, support, visitation and modifications. I have been practicing since 1982 and am committed to providing effective legal representation to individuals throughout Massachusetts.
Divorce and family law issues can be complicated and difficult for individuals and their families, involving intense emotions, financial stress, and many tough decisions. Having the support and guidance of an attorney who is thoroughly knowledgeable and versed in the legal factors that can impact your life and the lives of your children can be of supreme importance.
Alimony, also referred to as spousal support, is often a contentious issue which must be determined to resolve a divorce. Because the Act has gone into effect so recently, it may take some time for all of its provisions to be fully implemented and played out through the courts.

Both the guidelines in the Act as well as previous judicial precedents and case law can be consulted in any specific case where alimony is in dispute to determine its likely result. When you call Attorney Greenberg, you can consult with a North Shore Boston divorce lawyer to get the legal advice, guidance, and representation you may need concerning alimony.
If parents in a pending divorce, paternity case, or post-divorce situation are in a dispute over child custody, they will need to resort to a family court to decide how custody arrangements will be made. Child custody can be a highly-charged emotional issue, causing undue stress on parents and children alike.

Lisa embodies what is a true professional attorney is. She has attention to detail does not give you sales pitch or false hopes like some other attorneys to get your business, which I experienced first hand. She will fight for you and your child/children in a custody case. She will protect you. She is respected in the courts, and among other attorneys that says a lot and weighs a lot. I trust Lisa and her work ethics no doubts.

I have been a client of Lisa's for several years and I could not be happier with her contribution to my case. She has provided outstanding advice and support along the way and has been responsive to all of my questions and concerns. Her appearances in front of the judge have been rock solid and inspire confidence in me that I am in very good hands. She is meticulous yet conscious of getting value for every dollar I spend, and I am certain that she has managed the case with my best interests in mind the entire time. The bottom line is that I have made great progress since teaming up with Lisa and

If you want to take out a restraining order against your ex and your lawyer advises you against it...get a new lawyer.
She probably wants to date your ex.
Stay away from Lisa Greenberg.
Just saying....

I'm surprised she hasn't lost her license to practice law. Corrupt, liar. She is known to take cases just to abuse the former spouse of her client.

Attorney Greenberg has been less than helpful dragging divorce, child custody and alimony proceedings out for 10 years. I believe she had a conflict of interest with my case. Which was never divulged. Her record keeping is poor. She does not encrypt electronic records. She has fabricated quite a bit of information related to my case when a complaint was filed.

I used Attorney Greenberg as a mediator for a child between my ex-wife and myself for 6 years. In the beginning, I felt Attorney Greenberg was fair and impartial. After several years and mediation sessions I felt she was neither. During the last mediation session I attended with Attorney Greenberg she made a ruling that impacted my working hours. I stayed with in the guidelines she provided. My ex-wife complained to Attorney Greenberg and sent her multiple emails about she believed I was acting outside the guidelines. Without consulting or any input from me, Attorney Greenberg changed the guidelines
