We forgive you! For taking advantage of the sweetest older couple in Old Town Lewisville Tx. The over charge of coverage on their house for many years and they never used it even when their son replaced the roof for them in 2015. Shame on you! We still bless you and turn the other cheek!

Martha Sutton is a horrible customer service representative. She is rude and condescending. She was argumentative and not very helpful. Rude rude rude. She was not helpful at all. I highly recommend you find another company to deal with. 2 thumbs way way way down. She spoke with my husband with the utmost disrespect on the telephone . It has been a huge struggle getting them to refund our money they owe us. We requested our refund January 2nd and did what they requested instead of telling us we needed to give them more information they just kept our money and refrained from giving us the proper

Wish I could leave a Minus star or no stars. I have been with this agency for many many years. They have lost all of my business and I will tell everyone I know.
To make a long story short, they put liability only on a car with a lean. I personally told Martha that there is a lean holder. Sure enough I found out after an accident and it cost me $5500 out of my pocket. The problem is now fixed but A1 is not taking any responsibility for it. So I am the one holding the barrel on this one.
