Mr. Pinney handled all the rigorous paperwork that went into estate planning for our growing family. It’s never fun to think about putting your wishes after passing on paper, but it is important. Now my husband and I have piece of mind knowing our kids will be taken care of if something were to happen to us. Mr. Pinney was very attentive to our phone calls/emails and even handled some special requests we had. We highly recommend Mr. Pinney for estate planning.

Hired Mr Pinney a couple years ago. Low price, but didn’t seem in the loop... was surprised a couple times with court information as well as other things like drug testing. Ex’s lawyer had a field day.
He didn’t explain my options in mediation. He just told me what I got is what everyone gets as a NC parent. Didn’t realize I had more options til I hired a different lawyer long after the fact. He did get me divorced so there’s that...

Just like all the positive reviews. Marc was on the spot when he handled my partner's divorce case. A very compassionate person. Never have I felt any sense of arrogance coming from him (lots of lawyers are arrogant, even towards their clients). The first person I will call for legal advice. I contacted him earlier this morning for consultation. Marc wasn't available so I spoke to a woman. Very helpful too. She relayed my message to Marc and gave me some advices too. Mr. Pinney is completely awesome and knows the laws. He thinks of everything outside the box to help you out. He has taught me something's that he didn't have too but he did it. Gave me great advice when I was lost. I have to say that before I met him that I didn't have much respect for what a lawyer does. Seemed as though they are just out for money. Not this guy!!!!! I called Mr. Pinney to set up an appointment for him to handle my divorce for a 23 year marriage. I was pretty emotional and had no idea what to do. Mr. Pinney was very patient with me...he answered my calls in a more then timely manner no matter what time it was I called. I was married to a very controlling male but Mr. Pinney was so good to get me through it all and make sure I knew everything I was entitled to by law. Mr. Pinneys fees are also very reasonable.

Mr. Pinney has helped me with a number of legal issues that needed to be resolved. He is a highly competent attorney who knows the law(not just Texas law). His communication skills are excellent; he can site case law to any judge or speak in layman's terms. Mr. Pinney has always been there for me, even at odd hours. Best of all Mr. Pinney's fees are more than fair, he's has on occasion worked with me on payments. Mr. Pinney was doing everything he could despite my impatience. He was able to do a great job, and I am very pleased with the results. I was run over by a car, and Mr. Pinney helped me hold the driver accountable. I was originally told by the driver's insurance that they would not take responsibility. Despite this, Mr. Pinney helped me resolve my case. If I ever have another legal problem, Mr. Pinney will be the first attorney I contact. Other attorneys probably couldn't have handled my impatience, but Mr. Pinney did a great job. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
