Opening the mailbox doesn't yield that many surprises, but a request for an easement for a transmission line or a letter related to a wind or oil and gas lease can pose questions. You may have existing leases and wonder if you are still being paid fairly. Or it could come up in estate planning, for example, how do you transfer mineral rights to loved ones?

I just received a call back and have never been treated so rudely by a professional in my life. I needed an attorney to fax and request a record for me and that’s it. He was extremely rude and said he had too much going on and too much on his plate to deal with THIS! I only pray he doesn’t know any people involved and won’t be telling them what I had requested. That’s the only reason I can think of as to why he was so rude to me and didn’t have the time to fax a request for me, Or maybe he was involved in this years ago with my family? I didn’t ask him to do it for free and how long

My husband and I went to Charles for help with our estate planning and he was extremely helpful and patient walking us through step by step to create our Wills and General Power of Attorney. He helped us to make the best decisions for our family and we appreciated his knowledge and professionalism. Highly recommended!
