Was not available when issues occurred and did not represent me properly when house sold. He was more interested in pleasing the buyer than following Realter Association guidelines. He misrepresented me big time and blamed everything on me when things went bad because of his misrepresentation. He was very unkind. Small issues could have been resolved had he cared.

David Hughes did a very poor job representing me. He did not give me the option I had a right to have and was more interested in helping the other party, no matter how acreages their acts have been. He should have known right away that a VA loan requires a pest inspection and formulate the contract accordingly. He advised me to make repairs, but missed most of it that was very obvious and hard to miss. Simply put this man only cared about playing golf with his yuppie friends and did not have an interest to represent me except taking over $ 8000 for a lousy job he did!
