I received my BS from the University of Alabama in 1981 (in Tuscaloosa, Alabama). After graduating in May of 1981, I moved out to sunny California and settled in the Burbank / Glendale area. I met my wife, Gina, and we were married by July of 1982. Prior to getting my real estate license, I spent almost 4 1/2 years in the Title Insurance business as a Title Rep. for both Gateway Title and First American Title.

To open our Supra lockbox, you will need to also enter the CBS code when directed. This allows us to have an additional layer of security to make sure only agents with appointments have access to the keys in the lockbox. Push up on the bottom of the key compartment once more and release the compartment to come down to get the keys.
Below are several local "Process Service" providers that can assist you, when the need arises. The Process Service vendors above do not prepare the Notices that they serve for you. You will need to prepare the Notice you need to serve (or have someone else prepare it for you) and email or otherwise deliver it to the vendor for service.
Electronic signatures are legal and now common in the real estate industry. It makes it much easier for people to sign from any location (from their smart phone, tablet or computer) and get a clean copy of all executed documents. We use the system called, DocuSign. The first time you use DocuSign, you will need to set up an account to receive and execute documents electronically.
