2020 JAN 16 ORDER, I received a shipment of custom boxes that had printing flaws. I immediately sent photos of such flaws to Nick Watkins on 2020 Jan 31. It was agreed that the order would be replaced. Unfortunately I have NOT received any replacement display boxes or refunds, as of today (2020 Dec 3) even after multiple emails from Nick stating… they were on the way. 2020 Nov 19 I 'online chat' with Customer Service and they assured me I would hear within 1 day about how to resolve this issue - still have not heard back from them either 🤬 DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - poor quality

We worked with Liquid Printer to produce custom printed shipping boxes. We are extremely dissatisfied with the level of service and disappointed in the production quality of the printed boxes for the following reasons:
Inaccurate Timeline -- We placed the order for the boxes on Oct 13 and at that time I was told that the turnaround time was 6-10… business days (via email and phone). Over 25 business days later, we still did not receive the full order of boxes.
Lack of Transparency -- It wasn't clear upon ordering that the boxes were printed overseas. Liquid Printer's address is based in

I was very excited to do business with your company and was looking forward to receiving my custom boxes for our stores 5th anniversarycelebration on SaturdayOctober 12th. This excitement quickly turned into a nightare as I am having the worst experience with your company at this moment.
I talked to someone on the phone and informed them I wanted a strong box, strongsimilar to a shoe box. I got a quote and I ordered my boxes and payedfor them on September 17th. I was informed that i would receive them in a few days and that it was a easy process.
