The Massage
There was once a time where massage was considered merely a luxury to be enjoyed at a spa or health club. Times have thankfully changed. Theresa has been a massage therapist for 15 years. She fell in love with massage when she worked at a chiropractic office and she got to see firsthand how massage can help people in pain.

Delaney has been with the Massage Company for over 3 years after graduating from Mossmain College of Massage in 2016 and a short time working in a spa. Brenna has been a massage therapist since 2014. She went to school in Billings, but quickly moved to Bozeman, Montana, to work and study under a wonderful group of acupuncturists.

Not sure which massage you need? DON'T WORRY - you don't have to know. Once you book your appointment, we'll ask you some questions and adjust the massage therapy according to your needs. Prices are based on the amount of time - not on the type of massage - so you'll get the massage you need! Each appointment at The Massage Company is customized to you and your physical and mental needs that day.
The American Academy of Pain Medicine report that millions of people suffer from chronic pain annually. Persistent and chronic pain can hinder and affect your day-to-day life. Those suffering from chronic pain will feel aches and pains stemming from an injury, infection or unknown cause, for months or even years.
A massage can be very therapeutic, it can help reduce anxiety, break up muscle tension, and help relieve pain causing scar tissue from previous injuries. When you know what to expect and how to prepare for a massage you will get the full benefit of your massage appointment. Muscle tension and life's stressors may be the reason for your visit, there's no need to stress about your massage too.
After your massage, you'll be feeling relaxed, your blood will be flowing and your muscles should feel like jello. Your massage therapist will mention why it's important to drink plenty of water after a massage but you might be so relaxed at that moment that you won't completely take it all in. You'll want to hang onto that wonderful post massage feeling as long as possible.
