Lanz and McArdle Insurance Agency Monroe WI The Lanz and McArdle Insurance Agency was founded in 1936. The original office was located in a small area of what is now the Monroe Public Library. Owners at inception were Herb Lanz and Walter Johnson. After several years, Herb's son Bill joined the agency and eventually became an owner.
