Westside Roofing was created by a John Rauhut in 1983. John, with years of experience, wanted to put all of his knowledge into a dream of his own. Starting off by doing installations himself along with crew members, John Rauhut is now one of the most knowledgeable people in Austin's roofing industry today.
There are many of different types and styles of composition shingles available to the consumer. We have installed thousands of composition shingle roofs throughout Central Texas on commercial and residential structures. We install all major brands including(these will be links) Atlas, Certainteed, Gaf/Elk, Owens Corning and Tamko.
We at Westside Roofing are one of Austin's leading metal roofing installers. We have installed metal roofing on commercial buildings, churches, beautiful residential homes and even barns or workshops. Our in house sheet metal shop fabricates all of our flashing to insure an exact match to your metal roof.
Tile roofing is a great way to give your house an elegant Spanish or European look. Tile is made of two basic materials, clay and concrete. Clay tile is the more beautiful of the two and also comes at a premium price. Concrete Tile is a bit less expensive and gives a similar look. We have installed hundreds if not thousands of tile roofs in central Texas and would enioy nothing less that an opportunity to work with you on you next project.

We had our entire roof replaced by Westside Roofing 8 years ago after a big hail storm. We also had most of the roof decking replaced. Due to the number of years they were in business we expected to receive quality work. We should have been suspicious when one of the trucks that came to do the work had the name of another roofing company on it. They probably sublet the work to someone else. I paid Westside. After all the rain we had recently we noticed a wet spot on the ceiling. Called a roofer to check it out and my husband observed his inspection. The source of the leak was found and we

Worst roofing company I've ever come in contact with. The roof on my new home leaked from day one, and their support staff is terrible. It took them over a WEEK just to return my first call for warranty help. Years later when my roof started leaking AGAIN, I called several times and received ZERO response from these clowns. Avoid with extreme predjudice.
