Kim is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma with a BBA and holds a Master's Degree from the University of Central Oklahoma. She has worked in the accounting field with her father, Bill Osborn, for more than 25 years. Kim is an Enrolled Agent, a federally-licensed tax practitioner who specializes in taxation and has unlimited rights to represent taxpayers before the IRS.
