I'm staying in Sterling with my family. So, this was my first car servicing in this area. I needed an oil change and I'm a believer in bringing my own filter and oil because I like knowing what goes into my car. Does that mean I'm particular? Yes, so keep that in mind when you read my feedback about how it bothered me when I got into my car and there were dirty, oily handprints all over my interior (display screen, glovebox, door handles, etc.). My oil reservoir wasn't fully filled - they did return the unused portion, so I'll top it off later. Lastly, I was charged

I was out of town for work for the day and sterling was the destination. A good couple hours from our shop and the brake pads and passenger side rotar needed replaced asap. I called them around 8 am made the appointment for noon. Took the truck in at 830 ish so they could verify they could get the parts. They called and had the truck ready by 12:30! They really were a live saver and made it where I could finish the job we were on and get the brake issue taken care of so we could travel home safely. Highly recommend this shop if your ever in sterling or looking for a shop in sterling! My guess is

I was a mere 1 hour into a cross-country trip from CO to NJ when the steering wheel started shaking at high speeds with a strong pull to the right. I called H-R's Sterling location from which I was an hour away and would get there in less than an hour before closing. H-R nonetheless agreed to look at the vehicle and make sure it was safe for me to continue my trip. They did a thorough inspection of all possible issues, balanced the tires, took care of the air pressure and swapped the 2 front tires. They charged me only $30 and the rest of my 1,700 miles was smooth saling with no issues. H-R are

I was visiting in Sterling with a rental car and the tire light kept coming on. After adding air to the tire for 2 days, I figured there was a problem.
I called H-R Tire and got a same day appointment. When I showed up I was given quick, friendly help and on my way in about 20 min. Thank you for making me feel safe on the road!!

Don’t go here unless you want to be left stranded. I was passing through town and had a leak from my 3 piece rim. Manager told me to get a tow to Denver because he’s not “familiar” with the problem. He also refused to make a recommendation in town. Why would I tow my car 140 miles to deal with the same issue?

Had an alignment done here less than 6 months ago. Had brand new tires put on about a week prior. Went to get my tires rotated at a different shop last week and they told me that they couldn’t because my front tires were too bald due to issues with my alignment. I explained that I had an alignment done less than 6 months ago and they told me there… was no way that I had an alignment done within the last year with how bad it was. So I was stuck replacing tires that were less than 6 months old. Went into H and R with my receipt from when they did my alignment and explained the situation

We come to H-R for all of our vehicle needs. Fuel and tires for our semi, car and pickups, not to mention the best alignment guy in the area! Jeff S. is SO meticulous and pays attention to the smallest detail. His last alignment on our semi got us 170k miles on our drive tires! We appreciate the techs helping with unloading a flat from the trunk, or talking to nicely to our daughter when we are there, and how respectful they are. It's obvious the owners take a lot of pride in their business, and you won't find a cleaner waiting area and bathroom at any other tire shop. We wouldn't go any where

Jeff and everyone at H&R Tires did an amazing job on my truck. I own a 2017 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 LT Z71 4x4 crew cab. I had them install a leveling kit on my truck, Fuel “Assault” wheels and BF Goodrich All Terrain TKO-2 tires. Jeff helped me find the proper off set so the tires wouldn’t rub when the wheels are turned. The alignment done after putting the leveling kit on was spot on as well. The customer service given to me was excellent and their prices were very competitive. Even with chain stores in the bigger cities. Needless to say, we will be going back anytime we need tires for

On a cross country trip we had a tire blow out. Fortunately we were just down the road from Sterling! We changed to our spare and drove in to town. We found wonderful customer service, got two new tires in great time & even a loaner vehicle so that we could go get dinner in town. You guys really went above and beyond! THANKS, H-R!

On a road trip from California and the front end of the RV was shaking pretty bad at high speeds. Stayed in town for the night and visited H&R Tire first thing in the morning. Turns out the tires were starting to come apart. Thought I was only going to balance them, but the tech noticed right away they were beginning to fail and they showed me once the tires were removed. That could have been disastrous!! Thank you for your help H&R Tire!
