Mendhy has worked in the health care field since 1993. Specialist in the U.S. Army, followed by 10 years as an ER Technician at Tacoma General Hospital. Mendhy then pursued massage therapy and graduated with honors from Ashmead College in 2003. Soon she began providing medical, therapeutic & deep tissue massage within a clinical setting.

Cranio-sacral Therapy is a gentle integrative therapy involving a light touch on the cranium, sacrum, and pelvic and thoracic diaphragms. This technique can be used for treatment of headaches, symptoms of neck and spine dysfunctions, fibromyalgia, chronic pain and much more. Well-known & most offered type of massage.
