Dr. Hsu took us in for the same day appointment as we have an urgent need to see a gum issue. Dr. Hsu took the time and patient to answer my questions and treatment follow-up. I can tell Dr.Hsu is thinking from the patient point of view and the best way to help!

Finally got cleared by my insurance for an oral appliance and went to Dr. Hsu because he has experience with sleep apnea and is definitely a specialist. Glad I did... he was thorough and thoughtful with all my questions and concerns. I especially appreciate being informed of what to expect (e.g. things to know relating to my bite, jaws, etc. while wearing this type of an appliance) and was even given some simple exercises to prepare ahead of time. I have been going to Dr Hsu for several years now, but the commute has been a bit too much, so I had to switch. You know what they say - you don't realize how good you have something until it's gone? Well I don't like my new dentist, whose appt was 3 hours! But this isn't about the new dentist. This review is for Dr Hsu. He is knowledgeable and professional.

Dr. Hsu is an OUTSTANDING dentist! I speak about him with the highest regards when ever Dental related things come up. I really got the feeling that he cares about my health which is not something you easily find in a dentist.
His back and front office is suuuuuper nice and friendly!

I have been a customer of comfort care dental for the last six years. Dr. Brien Hsu has been taking care of my entire family with great care and professionalism. The staff is great and the office looks super clean, I highly recommend them.
Their oral surgeon Dr. Vahid Tabibzadeh is also an outstanding doctor, I had my wisdom tooth removed with no pain in at all. My wife had surgery today, I have to say that my wife can't stand any type of surgery but Dr. Vahid and his two nurses made my wife feel very comfortable and at easy during the procedure.

I recently switched dentists to somewhere closer, and more accommodating to my busy schedule. After reviewing their Yelp review, and I decided to switch to Comfort Care. The environment is very clean, airy with a nice window view, and the staff are super friendly and accommodating. They make sure you are comfortable and answer every question possible. I met Dr. Hsu and several of his specialists, and they were all professional and accommodating when it came to the process, procedure and care. When my family arrived for their care, everyone were caring and patient with our children.

I have been a patient of Dr. Brien Hsu for about 11 years. Dental perfection. He went to USC and uses state of the art technics. He is very caring about whats going on with you weather your in pain or not. I trust him. Excellent crowns and fillings also. I have recommended him to several members of my family. The office is very nice and super clean also.

Dr. Hsu is the best dentist I ever had. He is very professional, caring to patients and did my dental treatment without pain.

Dr. Hsu is so patient and empathetic. I was terrified of going to the dentist before I started coming to this office. He takes his time to make you feel comfortable. The newly upgraded office is an added perk but I'd still go if the location was less sophisticated because he is so skilled and uses techniques that make dental visits as pain free as possible.

I have been to this office since my last post as promised to try the dentist and well he is as good as noted in others reviews. We are both glad we tried him because his methods are fabulous and painless. All of his tech's and dental assistants and hygienist that did my cleaning were professional and compassionate. The dental office is super clean and comfortable. I haven't had any further mishaps with the front office at all. This dentist, Dr. Hsu is awesome and he's informative and complete. I had an extraction for all 4 of my wisdom Teeth. Dr Vahid Tabibzadeh is my surgeon, and he's very knowledgeable and friendly. He explain about all the procedure before and after the extraction. During the surgery i felt only a little pain and it took him only 30 or 40 minutes max to pull 4 of my wisdom teeth. He even do the follow up to check on my condition after the surgery. Overall he's a good dentist surgeon.

This is the dental office to go to! Had a wonderful experience here getting my chipped tooth fixed and Dr. Hsu was amazing. When he numbed me to start the process, I never felt nervous or anxious for getting my tooth fixed (and I hate needles). His staff was also really nice and professional as well. I made a follow up appointment for a cleaning and I will definitely recommend this establishment to friends and family up in this area. :)

I won't go into all of the details and complications I was suffering from, but felt compelled to find a new dentist. My last dentist was OK, but in all my years of going to a dentist I never walked out of a dental office in pain when none existed prior to my visit.
I called Dr. Hsu's office and made an appointment solely based upon the reviews I read here, on Yelp.
4 or 5 visits later and I can honestly say I wouldn't go to anyone else. Dr. Hsu is great and has an excellent support staff.

Backstory: I had recently had a ton of dental work done in Mexico due to lack of dental insurance, it was extremely painful and I was left traumatized. Less than one year later my new crown broke and shattered into pieces. Needless to say I refused to return to the dentist in Mexico and suffer through all that pain.
I began my research and found Dr. Hsu. He had raving reviews most of which highlighted their painless experiences. I made the decision and I went in. It turned out he had to drill down the tooth and make the new crown. I was terrified the day of my appointment.

That's what it said on my phone. Also, the lady who answered said it, Hsu. She said there was no internet so maybe you could have a team meeting and talk about whether there is or is not internet!
I would say however that someone did call a few hours later giving me the option to email the x-rays but considering how we needed to see a quality dentist quickly, and had called the previous dentist to email the x-rays, which was done within minutes, doesn't deserve more than one star.

I read a review somewhere here (I don't see it so maybe Yelp filtered it?) that a gal from 45 minutes away drove all the way to see this dentist because he was 'that good.' Since I had to do the same procedure as her, I decided to give it a shot. I just had a root canal done here and it was perfect. Pain was almost completely absent during the procedure. When I first started coming here many years ago, this dental office was one of Inland Empire's best kept secret. Staff is professional and Dr. Hsu is the best dentist I have ever had. I guess it was just a matter of time before everyone else I knew in Rancho Cucamonga, found out about MY dentist. It always seems so busy here, yet Dr. Hsu always takes his time to take care of my dental needs. Rooms are really close together in this office, so I always smile when I hear all the patients next door praising about this dentist and his staff.
