We had a couples massage at Now and Zen located upstairs in the sports club and we both felt our therapists, Michael Carlin and Yaegar, were fantastic! We will definitely be coming again. We had a wonderful and relaxing experience and it was just what we needed. They were extremely accommodating and so friendly and helpful! Five stars!

I booked a couples massage for my 25th wedding anniversary through Now & Zen. Apparently they rent space from another spa so it was hard to find where we were supposed to go, since there was absolutely NO Now & Zen signage anywhere. Once we found where we were supposed to be, we were greeted by Heather who works at the spa that was being rented. She was friendly and ready to start the massages, but the employee from Now & Zen did not show up. Heather called and texted for nearly 15 minutes, trying to find out where he was. Had a couples massage with Kathy and Casey as our therapists. They both found knots and tension that neither my wife or I knew were there.
Kathy found a knot in my neck that had been preventing me from turning my head completely. She worked on it on and off for 90 minutes and I left with a range of motion that I haven’t had for months.
Super happy and can’t say enough. Thanks guys!

If I could give 20 stars I would!! I wanted to treat my family to massages to end our skiing trip in Park City. Melissa was quick to respond, very friendly and was able to get us in for massages on relatively short notice. That in and of itself is quite a feat these days. The cherry on top was that our massage therapists David and Kathleen were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! AH-MA-ZING! I'm a retired therapist and extremely picky when it comes to massage and David knocked it out of the park. His technique is beautiful and pressure was just right, checking in periodically but not in a bothersome way. He was

We had the pleasure of having Kat come to our room for massages for my husband and I after a long day of skiing. She was professional, so kind and personable, and an overall god-send! Her skills in massage would be better labeled a “gift” and she was very attentive and detail oriented. Within a minute I was feeling so much better-but after an hour I felt like a new person! She was great to ask about any problem areas, what kind of pressure we preferred, and then checked in a couple times to make sure everything was feeling how we wanted it. Our massage was canceled due to the coronavirus but we were still charged 150 dollars, we have emailed, texted and called and all those times they said they would refund us but they have not! It has been OVER FOUR MONTHS and still no progress, we are young married students who can not afford to spend 150 dollars on nothing, this is so unfair and not right to do to people. Do not go here!

Do not use this company!! I can barely give them 1 star. I booked massages over xmas and was overcharged! After melissa (owner) offered to offset cost, she proceeded to charge a tip (which was paid at time of service) which I did not approve in addition to the massage cost (which was higher than what was on webiste) to my credit card. I never… received a receipt for services and was never reimbursed amount for the tip (which Melissa offered to reimburse). on top of everything, the therapist was late arriving to my house! Horrible experience and customer service.

While on vacation in Park City, my friends and I calledNow and Zen for home massage very last minute. Rebecca was able to accommodate all of us. She was absolutely fabulous. She gave 4 massages to people with very different needs and was able to deliver on all of our requests! I cannot recommend Rebecca from Now and Zen enough!

My parents had a weekend getaway in Park City and I called Now and Zen to go to their condo for a couples massage. Both parents said they received the best massage of their lives. I was impressed by the professional manner in which everything was handled and my folks were delighted by the skill of the therapists. They were a joy to work with and… I have since requested their services several more times for myself with wonderful results. It is heavenly! They even sent a massage therapist to my dad's home after a surgery, which felt like a lifesaver to him. I highly recommend Now & Zen
