With a reputation as an avid advocate for families and individuals and as a master negotiator, Mary Beth Ayvazian uses both the art and science of negotiation to provide fair, effective resolutions for her clients. Mary Beth uses her prior incarnation as a Corporate Account Manager with AT&T, where she learned complex techniques of negotiation from true masters in the business world.
As Ayvazian Law's Firm Administrator, Julie is responsible for managing the administrative operations of the Firm, which includes evaluating and managing our operating and information systems; overseeing our finance functions; assisting in the marketing of our legal services and client development activities; and evaluating, managing and supervising the facilities of our practice.
Scott Edwards is a CPA with three decades of accounting experience. He graduated from the University of Southern California in 1987 with a bachelor's degree in Accounting and began his career as a tax staff accountant for Arthur Andersen & Company, a global professional services firm. Scott obtained his CPA license in 1994 and, for the subsequent twenty years, gained invaluable accounting experience working in the private sector.

I had a difficult time reaching any agreement with my exhusband regarding visits. Marybeth is very direct and she was always realistic about how things work. She was able to help us reach an agreement which she truly believes is in my sons best interests. She is experienced and was straight forward with me. Even when I didn't like the information I was being told....she told it. I'll always be grateful to her, for her professionalism and candor. Shes a great person to work through some tough things with.

Divorce is never easy, whether it is amicable or not. Divorce is especially not easy when it involves matters of the heart and cognitive disabilities. I am a disabled veteran with traumatic brain injury. I share this to highlight that under times of duress I find making any decisions nearly impossible. I was fearful to hire representation although I knew I needed a respectable lawyer.
Prior to finding Ayvazian Law, I was not confident I was going to find a reliable lawyer who could help me navigate around these limitations and who would not take advantage of my limitations by prolonging the divorce

Divorce is such a scary black hole. As a legal assistant, I am familiar with the world of attorneys and I feel very Blessed to have found Marybeth. My very 1st call to her, I got her voicemail. Not only did the machine give me more than one way to reach her, but she called back within 1/2 hour (many times less). She was always "there for me" whether it was to explain (in layman's terms) the case status or to discuss "what comes next". If you are looking for a law firm this is the one for you. These issues are difficult but Mary Beth Ayvazian made it all feel a little bit less stressful. She realistically shares your options and clearly lays it out in front of you. She is as elegant in the courtroom as she is in her office. If I were to write my experiences with Mary Beth and her law firm I would need a couple paragraphs. Im not doing that but call her and experience it for yourself. They earned the 5 stars in my book.
