I used these guys in late '18. The T-shirt was for a Neighborhood/ Community Service initiative, begun in response to the Pandemic. While the design I was seeking was creative, they missed the deadline! Further attempts to reach them soon became problematic.
Finally, though a week late, they had 'em ready. I lobbied them for an price adjustment which they accepted. Still...a less-than-good experience. Overall though, They were polite and professional; just not reliable.

I was looking around getting quotes for shirts I needed for a tailgate event coming up the middle of June. A friend recommended me to someone who did our shirts for the Warrior Dash by the name of Kevin. I reached out to him and informed him who I was and who recommended me to see him about shirts prices. What he provided was within the budget I was looking for but also to make sure the savings were passed on to the ladies that was attending this event.
I sent over a picture of what I wanted printed on the shirts and in no time flat I received an email with a sample of what they would look like

Not happy with service here. It took 3 weeks to get a mock up, that upon finally receiving was sloppy and looked thrown together. Sent our sketch else where and it took less than 24 hours for the mock up to be completed. The only reason I didn't continue with alternate company was due to location inconvenience. But I sent the mockup I was given… back to City Screen so they could duplicate. After receiving our order, two shirts were missing. Our price total came out over $100 than what was originally quoted per shirt with no invoice. After asking Megan what kind of compensation she could

What a relief to get your vendor selection right on the first try.
Our current order was for some embroidery to company uniform tops, and because I was looking to send in other promotional items in the future, it was preferable to find a local vendor and only pay the logo set up fee once. Plus, having them close by meant I could actually stop in and see the sew out (essentially an embroidery proof) in advance of any work being done if I so chose. A nice option considering that the shirts we were sending in were on the pricier side.

Had 2 jerseys printed here for a friends baby shower. Two problems:
- were promised one week from drop off & didn't make that deadline- I normally wouldn't have cared but they were a gift that I wanted to get them mailed out when they promised it would be done originally
- they made a mistake on one and then "fixed it"- would have preferred they brought it to my attention verses hiding it under the other jersey. (See picture) but might be my fault since I rushed them to finish since they were past the given deadline.

Very negative experience here. Ordered T-Shirts and a banner for my Grandfather's Honor Flight homecoming. Somehow, they missed the text that had my grandfather's name on the shirt and only printed the Honor Flight logo - even though it was on the proof! We didn't have time to reprint them. It was a huge disappointment and I do not recommend going there.

I had them make shirts and sweatshirts for a fundraiser at work. They set up a website for me and allowed were kind enough to deliver them to my work. They offered to donate all profits to my chosen charity. There were quite a few errors on the orders. A few were corrected right away but I am still waiting to get some orders fixed and to get my donation money. I guess that's not going to happen since this was in 2014. Very disappointed.
