For more than 25 years, Dr. Jay Ferber and his highly trained staff have provided compassionate veterinary care for thousands of South Florida residents and their pets. Dr. Ferber first opened his practice in Hollywood, Fla. in 1986. As the population in western Broward County grew, he expanded with a second veterinary office.

Took my dog in they took her inside and 10 minutes later got a call to take her to the hospital. I thought I was at the hospital. Then they said 200 dollars I asked if I should schedule a follow up and they're said no let's see what happens. I got the feeling my baby was dying. I took her home wrapped her in a blanket and watched her take her last breath. She died in my arms from heart disease. They knew and just stole my mone

I have nothing but good things to say. I’ve never had a steady vet for my dog because I’ve never felt that the any place I visited really cared. It has always felt like they just wanted to over test and over charge. I took my dog here for the first time today and although it was a sick visit, it was a great experience. The facility is very clean, The staff is very nice. Dr. Pinzon-Coutinho was very sweet and very thorough in explaining my dog’s diagnosis, testing options and care plan. I think I finally found a vet! I’ll be back for regular visits and general vet care.
