Services
We offer our patients a the option of a same-day appointment for emergency care, providing they call early in the day. If an emergency occurs on a weekend or after hours, call us - you'll hear a message telling you how to reach the doctor. If Dr Pilgrim is out for continuing education or vacation, you will be given the number of a trusted colleague who can assist you.
Flu season is back so of course I got sick. Finding a health center that doesn't charge an obscene amount of money to be seen is always a struggle. It was the closest, same-day appointment center I found on Yelp. They take several types of insurance, including mine which only charged a $10 copay. They even have their own app where you fill out your symptoms and payment information right there.
We like to see children in our office at a young age. Our philosophy is that it's never too early to keep an eye on your child's oral development. Some problems can be detected as early as two to three years of age. Many parents might not be aware that there is a lot that can be done for your child at a very early age to guide permanent teeth into their proper positions.
Our goal is to provide treatment in a timely manner to minimize unnecessary complications that can occur as a result of delayed care. If you have questions, please be sure to contact our office for more information on payment options. As a courtesy to our patients, we gladly file your dental insurance claim and collect just your estimated co-payment on the day of service.

My wife and I were visiting from our of state. She is on the final stages of finishing implants and her plate cracked. The front two teeth came out at Christmas. I know....great song right. I frantically called dentist in the area to help my wife. I found Dr. Tony Pilgram and his practice. His office had her in the chair in less than 2 hours from my first phone call and the doctor had her out of the chair in less than 20 minutes. Chair side manner was exemplary. I have been going to Fall Creek Dental for many years and the make me feel so welcome and comfortable. For years I loathed going to a dentist because of my childhood experiences. However Dr. Tony and Megan make me feel safe and as comfortable as possible. Never any pressure to do more than necessary.

I had my first actual work done today and am very please with my visit. I had 4 cavities and was in and out in less than an hour. My last dentist would have been at least 2 hours. 3 hours later I am in no pain and I can now smile. Dr. Pilgrim was great during the whole visit. He has a great personality and sense of humor and was very compassionate during the entire procedure.

I called all morning to get an appointment and everyone else wanted to have x-rays, consult and then set another appointment. I explained my situation and they were able to get me in that day. Everyone was very kind and genuinely cared. Doc did an excellent job fixing my chipped front tooth and I was on my way.. Thank you again
