Locally established Lower Eastside resident Joe Foti has been providing quality apartment renovations to his neighbors for the past 20 years. Joe along with his partner, Valerica Deaconu, have become the leaders in apartment renovations on the lower east side, especially the East River, Seward Park, and Hillman apartment complexes.
We install all types of kitchen appliances, cabinetry, countertops, flooring, backsplashes and more. We have an in-house wood shop in which we create custom fixtures including radiator covers, window seats, custom cabinets and more.
Here is a breakthough apartment located in Seward Park housing co-op on the lower east side. This contemporary apartment showcases inset moldings, contemporary lighting fixture and kitchen design, marble bathrooms and many custom fixtures. This apartment is fitted with a contemporary kitchen with a mix of wooden and metal surfaces and bicolored cabinets.
A major renovation of my apartment was completed which included knocking down walls, refinishing wood floors, painting, the installation of kitchen cabinets, bathroom fixture, closets, radiator covers, and plumbing and electrical work. Every job was done to perfection. Joe Foti and his staff were consistently reliable, efficient, courteous and on the spot for every little thing: I could not have asked for a more positive experience.
