Advantage 1 Insurance Agency was founded in 1994 by J. Ted Plombon in Saint Cloud, MN. The Saint Cloud office of Advantage 1 holds a presence in the community both physically and with its staff. The office is located at the corner of Highway 15 and 3rd street with a recently updated faade and clock adorning the front!
Education/Industry Training: B.S. in Business Administration- Minnesota State University, Moorhead (Moorhead State University when I attended, Go DRAGONS!). The Minnesota Farmers' Market Association (MFMA) continues to work closely with Stearns Insurance Services to provide a low cost liability insurance program available exclusively to MFMA members. We have been with Advantage 1 insurance for a number of years for auto, home and now most recently renters. I updated my insurance over the phone after getting a new vehicle. It was very easy, they even got me a better rate, and sent me an email with my new insurance card immediately, and also mailed a physical copy. I actually received a check later paying back the difference between the rates I had on the old, and new vehicle.
