Hill & Ponton PA
I am very pleased to say that under the representation of the law firm Hill and Ponton I was able to secure my disability claim. The firm handled my claim in a timely and constructive way. They took the time out to keep me informed and handled all my inquiry's in a professional manner. I cannot be more satisfied with my attorney and his assistant Marissa Manko.

Listen to me, when I tell you that Carol Ponton and her team is the best. For over 45 years I struggled to get the VA to just look at the facts. Well Carol and crew gathered the facts, even when it was at their expense for outside doctors, they made a plan, they kept me in the plan and always insured I understood and approved of what they were going to do.
Services
Hill & Ponton was founded in 1986 in Orlando, Florida. Since that time, we have expanded to serve clients throughout the United States and its territories with offices in Orlando and Deland, as well as many satellite offices all over the US. Our firm employs approximately 70 people. There are thirteen lawyers and eleven case managers that handle both our Social Security and Veterans disability claims.
We have focused on delivering the best client experience for everyone of our more than 30,000 clients. Our firm was founded in 1986 in Orlando, Florida. That is why over 80% of our clients come from referrals from other clients. In 1986, we began by representing clients throughout the Central Florida and Tampa Bay area.
We cannot help your disability get better but we can help you get the benefits you deserve. Let's get started. All information is kept confidential. Is your job one that has accommodations to meet your specific needs or is this a job that was created just for you?* Unfortunately, the Veterans Administration only allows attorneys to work veterans that have a current or appealed decision.
Congress has passed laws that provide for extensive medical and disability benefits. Congress wrote these laws to be "veteran-friendly." Unfortunately, the Department of Veterans' Affairs does not always interpret these laws in favor of the veteran. VA service connected disability compensation benefits are monthly payments made to veterans, and, in some cases, their families.
The Department of Veterans Affairs appeals process is going through its biggest change since the 1980s. In 2017, Congress passed the Veterans Appeals Improvement and Modernization Act. This act takes apart the current appeal system and replaces it with a new claims process aimed to improve the experience for all involved in the VA claim process.

I am totally satisfied with the assistance I received from Hill & Ponton.  I tried for to get my much needed 100% permanent disability from the VA as early as 2012 with no results.  I fractured my cervical spine (C7) in a car accident while on active duty and only received 40% in 2008.  My body deteriorated with urology issues which caused me to use a catheter to void my urine, spondylosis in my lower back, radiculopathy in my legs from nerve damage to C7 spine, I developed Sleep Apnea and Depression, and with all that I couldn't get past 80%.  I called Hill & Ponton while on my

Never spoke or saw an Atty. Case Manager changed every few days. High turnover. They secured no documents but wanted me to find a Dr. , get copies, get MRIs, get everything so they could simply sign my work and collect 30%fee. I can and did it myself getting Disability without cutting them in. The judge laughed when he heard they had me and the clerk said "you saved yourself a chunk of money" This was back in 2013 and I've been collecting disability ever since with no help from them.

I read their jet fuel exposure brief that they put out filed my VA claim met all the requirements in their video and brief was denied after 40 years of jet fuel exposure when I went to this law firm for help it was not a quick kill or easy money for them so they did not want to help me out and wanted me to use other attorneys elsewhere Big promises on their videos and information they put out with no follow-through for help for the veteran if it is hard and demanding case that will help out the veteran

They offer great advice for Military Veterans regarding VA Compensation. They also have an awesome calculator to help determine how much compensation one can get approximately.

I'm interested in legal representation in regards to a pending case claim I have that is before the Board about my exposure to Agent Orange/Herbicide used in Thailand. As a result of my tour I'm a Vietnam Veteran.
DD214 confirms this. My mental state is taking a big hit on this one.

I would advise against using Hill and Ponton. I called for an initial consultation about a VA disability claim (appeal) and about halfway through it they informed me that because I wasn’t homeless they would not be willing to help. The intake specialist informed me that Hill and Ponton only accept clients for VA claims who are homeless.
I couldn’t find the precondition of homelessness listed anywhere on their website so I would just look elsewhere.

I give Hill & Ponton the greatest ratings. It took me to seek 3 law firms which turn me down and by chance I came across Hill & Ponton. Sarah Hill was my attorney and she was wonderful to me. She took the time to explain the process and how long it could take. Now my case manager which was Dohomey was outstanding also. She was really very patient with me because I was a pest. After 30 months All Hail HILL & PONTON. I'M forever Grateful that they where there for me.

I was extremely upset with this law firm. I was referred by the VA to use them since they specialize with veterans. I started the process 8/23/2017 and was given a letter stating they looked at my medical records and said they couldn't help! I would think within a year or less they would've already looked at my medical records. Don't waste your time with them. I would rate them zero stars if I could.

Was granted 100% permanent and total disability by the VA in November 2018. Wonderful as it is, that statement alone does not truly represent the feat achieved by the Hill and Ponton staff. Establishing service connection for any disability can be daunting, but I was discharged in 1997! There were huge swaths of time without medical history because I was told for 20 years that although I had an honorable discharge, I did not qualify for VA healthcare. I struggled to maintain employment because I had a serious condition but did not know it, and could not maintain medical coverage or afford to use
