Mr. Guerra has experience with a variety of immigration cases. David V. Chipman enjoys zealously representing his clients. He began his legal career as an Air Force Judge Advocate and subsequently worked for a local law firm, as well as a federal attorney and supervisor of over fifty employees, before recently joining Monzn Guerra. He has represented clients in matters of family law, personal injury, and workers' compensation throughout the State of Nebraska.

A family member of mine used this law firm for years before his case went to trial. Carlos seemed promising at first but quickly took a turn for the worse the closer we got to a trial. Carlos verbally abused me in his office two days before I was set to testify in trial trying to get a plea deal out of my loved one instead of going to trial. At the trial, he completely threw the case, didn’t use one form of submitted evidence and has since refused to give the evidence back and has cut all contact. Carlos Monzon-Late to court. Pleaded me as guilty without even discussing it. I had to tell the judge that I was unaware of this decision. Spent all my $ on him, doesn’t even know my case, & it’s been 4 months. Trust me, do not hire him. His associates may be decent- but he’s absolutely atrocious. He will make you think he cares and knows what he’s doing….but the second you pay him, he goes MIA. Just look at all of the reviews on here that mention him.

Raúl and his team were very diligent, professional and responsive. Whenever I had questions or concerns they were always prompt in their response and thorough. It was not supposed to be a very positive turnout. Raul Guerra and his associates worked the immigration process for my wife's resident permit card. It was a flat rate fee I was charged. He says what you are going to pay and you pay that amount. It was an ethical business transaction. It might take him and his colleagues some time to get back to you than you would expect but their was professionalism and support the whole time.
