MEC offers an experienced staff that can carry any civil engineering project from the initial feasibility level to final construction drawings and specifications.
Miller Engineering Consultants, Inc. (MEC) has specialized expertise with site development projects including the development of grading and drainage plans and site utilities. MEC has completed over 100 grading and drainage plans throughout the State of New Mexico. All of these projects have been properly coordinated for review and approval by the proper review agencies to facilitate grading permits.
Our Civil Engineers have gained an excellent reputation with many clients for their ability to successfully complete roadway design projects.
