Very disappointing! the immediate family members had to wait outside through out the 2 hour calling hours as they were told only 2 people could view at a time. There were less than 10 total family members the entire time and 4 guests! They were very rude and not at all accommodating. stating that it was a state rule! I have been to funerals/calling hours in Cleveland and Akron during this COVID time and this was NEVER the case!
