Services
Home care is a broad range of professional health care and support services provided in the patient's home. People who are recovering from an illness or accident, disabled, chronically or terminally ill, most often use these services. Typically home care is appropriate when a person can safely stay at home but still needs ongoing care that cannot easily or effectively be provided solely by family and friends.
We provide professional skilled nursing care and customize it according to your needs. We will have a registered nurse provide the initial assessment and coordinate care with your physician and other medical practitioners to ensure that quality care is delivered. If i could give a negative score I would! My
74 yr mother had triple bypass surgery, with very limited mobility , needed help with everything, especially bathing and physical therapy. The first week, a nurse shows up for evaluation, and said a CNA/HHA would come 3 times a week for an hour. NEVER CAME , no one answered or called to dbl chk on her for 2 weeks! Of course we helped her in the mean time, but needed someone during our work hours. That's what they are there for right?!? The physical therapist Christian , did show and was the ONLY person who seemed to care and was very good with her,
