The addition of solar panels to your commercial roofing system can create valuable long-term savings. KENTEX installs standing seam metal roofs with architectural and structural profiles ranging from 1", 1.5", and 2" in seam height. Creating a scheduled maintenance plan to inspect the condition of your roof can help prevent costly repairs.
Services
KENTEX Roofing Systems, LLC was founded in 2008. Owners Ken Roberts and Kenny Woods funded the company themselves, no money has been borrowed, there are no outside investors, and all bills have been paid on time from day one. Mr. Roberts and Mr. Woods combine, along with Executive Operations Manager Anna Espinoza, over 40 years experience in the commercial roofing industry.
The KENTEX Service Department specializes in leak repair, roof repair and preventive maintenance on all types of roof systems throughout Texas and the southwest. Our Service Department is overseen directly by co-owner Kenny Woods and Executive Operations Manager Anna Espinoza. Our hourly service rates are among the lowest among major commercial roofing contractors in Texas.
KENTEX currently has seven service vans with three-man crews in each. We can install HVAC curbs, skylights, T-tops, pitch pans, exhaust fans, Thycurbs and plumbing vents in your existing roof system. All crews have been trained in the installation of single-ply, metal, built-up and modified bitumen roofing systems.
Along with preventative maintenance KENTEX provides annual roof reports. These reports contain photos, information about the age of the roof, and duration left before replacement should be considered as well as repair scope for existing deficiencies. All of this is done along with providing budgets for those repairs as well as budget for the cost of replacement or recovery of the existing roof.

Full disclosure, I haven't used Kentex's services; they may be perfectly competent. However, I know that I will never patronize them because of their actions concerning the ``Day Without Immigrants" Strike that is taking place 02.16.17-02.17.17. I expect businesses to show respect for their community and for their employees. Sadly, Kentex opted for a policy of immediately terminating any employee who opted to strike in support of immigrants on these days. I find this shameful. Please consider bringing your business elsewhere.
