H&H did a phenomenal job printing my wedding invitations and envelopes. I went to a few print shops in SF before I found H&H and from the start the customer service here was at a totally different level. Mark is amazing and went way beyond - he helped me get every aspect of the job ready to print (including catching a few issues I wouldn't have thought of myself...and also helping me quickly and seamlessly fix an issue I definitely should have thought of myself...) and made sure I was thrilled with the final product. My business has been working with Mark Davis at HH Imaging for almost 10 years and it's always been a complete pleasure and I recommended him/them at every turn. But it was on a recent personal project that Mark & HH Imaging really blew me away. The project had to happen quickly, there were lots of moving parts and Mark handled it all with responsive professionalism and calm. Not only that, the final products are GORGEOUS. Their pricing is as good as you will find anywhere and the customer service is great. Turnaround time was one day and they might have even been faster had I needed it. Do go.
Be sure to ask about the parking as they have a driveway right in front. This make it a no brainer to pop and grab your stuff and hit the road.

My go-to commercial printer. My company has been using them for 5 years now and they have always delivered quality materials to me with very fast turn around times. I recently discovered they offer signs as well as regular printing (how did I not know this??) and they produced materials for my company’s reopening after a lengthy covid shutdown. Thanks guys!!!

In sharing the third act of this story, I hope that future patrons are well informed when it comes to making their choices about doing business with HH.
The general manager, Mark followed up with me immediately to understand my recent experience. With superb empathy, solution-oriented communication and fast execution, Mark quickly fixed the issue and redeemed my experience.
Again, to be fair: I don't blame HH what happened, but where they really excelled was the commitment to find a solution.
And with that: They have a long-time customer and advocate!

H & H Imagining is a great company. The owner is a nice but quirky guy who has a Simpson's character of himself on his own business card. He was very helpful in getting the right job done and in the amount of time I allotted. I was very impressed by this company's work and everyone seems very friendly and easy to work with.

I use H&H for business printing for a client in SF. My client has very particular tastes and there can be a lot of back and forth with vendors and us. H&H continue to not be phased by any of it and show such great business acumen. One employee stands out and her name Adrienne.
Their prices are very reasonable and their turnaround time once you approve the proof is so fast! I've dealt with online printers and they charge so much for quick turnaround times or they just make errors after errors. You won't get that with H&H. I'm sure they deal a lot with last minute requests
