My 2002 Focus would not crank or start. I figured it was a fuse or relay or I
needed a new starter. Eric found my negative battery cable was almost burnt in two where it connects to the chassis. I will use BE Automotive for the rest of my life ! Joe Clay

Called ahead of time to see when they could take a look at it. Told me Monday, dropped it off 2 days prior. Monday came, no call, Tuesday came, no call. I called them Wednesday and they told me they still haven’t had a chance to look at it. Waited. Waited. Friday came I called again and they said they didn’t know what to do or how to fix it. I said alright, go ahead and leave my keys in the car and I’ll go look at it when I have time. Went there that night after work, no keys in the car. Called the next Monday when they were open, said they forgot. But they’ll but then in there this time

Worst business in Millington. I went for a diagnostic for my A/C. I brought my car to them early in the morning about 8 o’clock cause they open at 7. My car was sitting up there for 7 to 8 hours for him to not call me at all for an update or when he was done. The second time I called it was 4 o’clock almost 5 when they closed and I asked was my car done getting looked at and he gone say “Oh yeah, you have a bad compressor.” Took 7 hours for him to tell me that when not one time did he call me about my car. I called him then when I called from the beginning for the service they told me
