Boomers Printing
In 1992, we opened our doors as a printshop, and soon after evolved into a company that built websites for other printing companies, small businesses and nonprofits backed by a fancy doohickey called a content management system. Eventually, the print and web branches of our company went their separate ways, but reunited in 2015 as one of the largest marketing communications firms in the Midwest.

Today, we all work side by side under the same roof. For more than 25 years, we've embraced challenges and celebrated success with a few twists and turns along the way. In some ways, it feels like we've been doing this forever. In others, it's like our journey has just begun. A website services division begins operating as Level100 Communications in the printshop basement.
Services
We fancy our creative marketing agency as a makerspace for all sorts of doers: copywriters, designers, developers, photographers, videographers and even PR pros. We deliver work that balances beauty and brains-good-looking and polished to put your brand's best foot forward but also strategic and functional to help you win.
Many nonprofits struggle to raise money during giving days due to the high fees that have plagued the industry for too long. We were frustrated with the industry status quo, so we created a platform that lets you keep more of the money raised to accomplish your mission. You can choose to leverage the power of the free open source Givesource platform if you have your own tech support.
From business cards to window graphics, we've got your back with high-quality, high-definition and even heavy-duty printing services. With digital printing and state-of-the-art industrial press equipment, we can print on materials as basic as paper and unique as metal.

We also design and bring to life whatever packages, displays and promo items you can dream up to leave a lasting impression on your customers and help you achieve your organizational goals. And if you're looking for street cred, we're filling up our trophy shelves with heavies on repeat like Printing News' #1 Top Shop and #1 Quick & Small Commercial Printer.
Use every surface to connect with your audience. Firespring can help create and print custom signage and displays as well as creative store signs, banners, window graphics, vehicle wraps and more. Stand out from the crowd with signage that will inspire and engage. To get your name out there, you've got to shout it from the rooftops.
Attract opportunities and seal the deal with trade show materials for your business or organization. Want people to pay attention? Thoughtfully plan the look and feel of your trade show display to make people care about what you have to say at your next conference or convention. When your brand looks good and exudes confidence, people will stop and listen.

Our non-profit organization in Georgetown, Delaware was hoping to position ourselves to participate in #GivingTuesdayNow. I reached out to @Firespring for help and assistance. Firespring was amazing to work… with and after we were properly vetted as a non profit organization, Firespring created our own unique #GivingTuesdayNow donation link and we are also positioned to receive some matching funds depending on how well we attract on-donations through the Shepherd's Office link. i want to thank the people at Firespring for helping us get set up and we can't wait for May 5th. Thank you, thank

While we like their website, my team and I have been very disappointed with their customer service. Time and again, no one answers their number and never returns our messages. They mark issues resolved when they don't resolve them. I reached out to their leadership to escalate an issue and they never returned my call. I have wasted a significant amount of my time on just trying to contact them. And we are a paying customer. Extremely disappointed!

Firespring creates beautiful products and is very helpful in determining the best strategy for your organization. Their customer service is wonderful. I love that they’re very honest in what they can do and will do their very best to make your deadline.

I had a great experience getting a special member book printed for the church where I am employed. Katie was amazing! I brought in our church member book (which was printed in the '40s) and the designers matched it perfectly. The minister and I are very pleased. I highly recommend this company if you want the job done right.

Great facility. Wonderful staff. Very cool space!
They were generous enough to allow my church to use their space for our ugly Christmas sweater party! We had a great time!

I am 61, computer illiterate, and ultra-picky when it comes to design and consistency. My non-profit healthcare activism organization desperately needed a website that looked professional and engaging, was easy to navigate in, and would reflect our top following on social media. Having NO money, I Googled "website design for non-profits" and Firespring popped up.

First, their OWN website looked great. Their text was clear and well-written and I figured it was worth signing up for the free demo.

I was blown away. The use of imagery, page layout, variety of content - all of it was above

At the core of every business are the people who work there. I work with some very talented and genuinely great people. Firespring's commitment to encourage employees to serve their communities through volunteering means a lot to me too.

Firespring is such a fresh, fun, innovative environment to work in where we truly focus on being a force for good. Here we enjoy our morning cuppa from beans brought in from a local coffee shop, slipping down our slide from second floor to first, catered-in lunches, and a whole crew of coworkers who run the Culture Club to ensure something fun is… always on the calendar (nerf war anyone?). Not to mention that I heart our clients—I'm proud to provide essential software and beautiful websites for some of the best people in the industry. #forceforgood

With almost ten years of webdesign under my belt, I believe I have found one of the poorest programs to date.

To start with a positive, their customer service is wonderful and are quick to respond...which is good because you are going to be spending A LOT of time with them.

Our organization signed up with Firespring as a means for volunteers and staff with little tech experience to be able to update our site. This is absolutely impossible with the design of Firespring.

The biggest issue is its reliance on strict HTML coding. One must have strong HTML programming skills and be able to handle
