Services
I practice from the viewpoint that everyone is unique and I tailor my approach to best meet your personal needs. I use an integrated theory base, pulling from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. My role as a counselor is to guide you through difficult situations and explore unsettling emotions.
During your therapy sessions, we will work together to identify and achieve your goals in therapy through providing a supportive and non-judgmental environment that encourages expression of feelings, implementation of coping skills, and celebration of accomplishments throughout your therapeutic journey.
My fee is $120.00 for the initial appointment and $100 for follow up sessions. I accept cash, check, and credit/debit card payments that are to be made at the time of your appointment. Insurance- I am able to accept Blue Cross Blue Shield and Magellan Health Care payments if you have mental health coverage.
Do you ever wonder "Where's the Happy button?!" As a parent, you want the best for your child and it can be frustrating to understand why they are struggling with different issues. Life as a teenager can be hard. Teenage years are full of changes and self-discovery. If any of these words describe your teen and it is negatively impacting their life, counseling may help.
The emotions and experiences individuals encounter as they transition into adulthood can sometimes be overwhelming and challenging. During this time, young adults are gaining responsibility and independence to be on their own in the world. A lot of times, unresolved issues and internal conflicts can come to the surface and bring about difficult emotions and decisions.
