Telepathic Graphics

My organization - TROSA - has hired Telepathic for several projects and have been satisfied. Have been especially impressed by the speed of communications and skill of their in-house graphic designer.

Telepathic is a great partner for us at BURKE Communications. They are competitive in pricing, but always have great quality. Paige is our account rep and provides excellent customer service. She replies same day, sends estimates within 24 hours and turns our jobs around quickly. Their work is wonderful and they are one of our go-to printers! I enjoy working with Paige and the team at Telepathic every time we get the chance (which is often). They partner with me to educate me on the process so I make the best decisions in my print buying. Awesome service and fast turnaround time. I placed a rush order for some folded booklets, and not only did they get the job done earlier than expected, but they took the time to look over the file I submitted to them for printing and caught a huge error that would have looked terrible if printed. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

Left me hanging, out to die in the pasture.... So sad that this turned south the way it did. I had a simple invitation that was due on Monday. On Monday, they called to say there was a glitch and it would be Wednesday. Tick tock. Wednesday went by, Thursday... emailed them for status. OOH another glitch... if I changed my paper, I would get it Friday. No thanks - cancelled the job. I could have done this for one tenth the cost from my office printer (which is what I did but I could have met my deadline!). My invitations now will be received just ONE WEEK prior to the event. I've used Telepathic twice for printing jobs for my small business. Sadly, I was also disappointed twice. Both times my order was fulfilled incorrectly, and one of those times it took 4x for it to be done correctly. 2 of those times the problem could have easily been corrected by someone simply checking over their work before shipping it or calling me to come pick up the order. I believe in giving people 2nd chances because I know mistakes happen but when the same mistake happens multiple times, I believe there is a quality of service issue.

This week I had numerous projects that had a SHORT turn-around (less than 24 hours). They got every project done early and the quality was amazing. Thankful for a business that does their job well and provides excellent service!

I've been using Telepathic Graphics for printing, signs, and banners for years and would highly recommend them. Their push to get things done fast and professionally makes them stand out among any other printer we've used. With the few issues that have arisen, they've frantically taken care of them to make sure the job gets done RIGHT and everyone is happy. Thanks guys!

I just can't tell you how much I appreciate the effort from the folks at Telepathic. I had a job in from a client that has been my bread and butter account for years and by the efforts of Team Telepathic I'm looking like a rock star to have pulled this project off. Could not have done it without them.
The owner, Bob Boyle, called me over the weekend and ensured me that my job would be ready first thing on Monday morning so I could get it to my client before a big meeting. He had someone come in over the weekend to get my job printed and ready for pickup.
I'm far from their biggest client but

I've been a customer for several years now and have never had an issue with customer service. I've sent them files on Wednesday and picked up on Friday. Quick digital turnaround is a beautiful thing. Not as inexpensive as some online services, but a LOT faster if you're in the Raleigh / Cary area, and better quality.

I don't know what the other two negative reviewers here are talking about. I've been dealing with the folks at Telepathic Graphics for several years now and have always found them to be very prompt and great to deal with. I've only ever had one misprint, and they fixed it right away at no charge - and I've gotten quite a bit printed there. It's also one of the only places you can get short run print jobs done at a reasonable price without paying ridiculous minimums on large quantities you don't really need.
