PRECISION Upper Cervical Center wants to lead you toward better health and wellness. We go beyond the basic physical therapy models and combine the power of Upper Cervical Chiropractic with soft tissue therapies like ART (Active Release Therapy), IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization), Kinesiotaping, Cold Laser and Chinese Cupping therapy.
At PRECISION Care NJ we know that without a healthy nervous system optimum health is unattainable. Once we address nervous system challenges, we know that proper nutrition is a key to support. At PRECISION Care NJ we use state of the art diagnostic equipment to assess the deleterious effects of brain body disconnect.
Dr. Bello grew up in Ridgewood and Wyckoff during elementary and junior high school then finished high school in Franklin Lakes. He played football, baseball and was a three-year varsity wrestler where he placed twice in the district championships. Graduating from Ramapo State College in Finance, in his free time Dr. Bello constantly immersed himself in nutrition, fitness, and wellness.

Dr. Bello is an incredibly talented chiropractor that WILL heal you!! Yesterday I went to see him for debilitating lower back/sciatica pain, as I just entered my 3rd trimester. The pain was particularly intense during my workouts, which I kept having to modify to a point that I couldn’t even manage a small incline at a moderate pace on the treadmill or elliptical training which for me is as low impact as you can get. I was desperate to be able to continue to have an active pregnancy.

Dr Bello is by far the best chiropractor I’ve ever been treated by, he’s extremely passionate about making people better, I’ve been suffering from back and neck pain for years (a few herniated discs) and he worked magic on me! From doing and extensive evaluation, great adjustments to coming up with rehab protocols for me to do at home.. absolute game changer!

Dr Rob is not only extremely good looking he also has an inherent knowledge that far supersedes your average Chiropractor. Rob is an athlete and understand the needs and techniques required to heal people in all walks of life. When I tore my back two years ago he taught me a lot about functional movements and how to reset my body in order to speed up the healing process. No one else in the area comes close so please don't waste your time... become unfathomable today!

Dr. Bello is amazing, is definitely the best chiropractor I have been to. He doesn't just try and get you in and out giving you a quick temporary fix. He really takes the time and effort try and give you lasting relief. He treats you as a friend and really makes you feel comfortable. And he obviously fixes you. That's a pretty big plus too.

Dr. Bello helped me get back to running after a knee injury rendered it too painful to athletically use. He is truly skilled and compassionate. The difference with Dr. Bello is that he is an athlete. He walks the talk and has an intimate understanding of what athletes do to push their bodies, as well as what we need to do to recover faster and get back out there. I am grateful for his experience, for what he has done for our athletes at CrossFit Mahwah, and for his flexible scheduling, because waiting in pain is no fun!

Dr. Bello has been a huge help in the time that I have been seeing him. His extensive knowledge and expertise has proved monumental in allowing me to continue my intensive training regiment without injury and improved mobility. His help has also allowed my personal progression to accelerate. I would recommend a visit, especially for individuals who are athletes or weight train regularly.
